Connect the Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp business accounts, and an assistant answers the availability question instantly with real open slots, quotes from a configured price list, takes the deposit through a link that opens in the chat, and writes the confirmed appointment into the calendar. It answers in the provider's own tone and hands off to the human the moment the question is unusual. Reminders and rescheduling also happen in the same thread.
